The main Club activity is a meet in Snowdonia nearly every Sunday (unless an Away Meet has been organised). Members are informed by email and phone of forthcoming Sunday meets. Details can also be obtained from the meets co-ordinator.

What We Do...
The standard of present activity amongst the membership of approximately 85 varies from V.Diff up to E4 6a (averaging from VS - E2) in terms of grading on rock.

There are experienced mountaineers with 25-30 years of knowledge to call on in the hills and Grade IV/V winter climbers, as well as more modest performers.

Members tend to be multi-disciplinary and all forms of mountain activity are pursued - general mountaineering/scrambling, snow/ice/rock climbing at all grades. One activity does not dominate to the detriment of others, and the relatively small membership and breadth of activity ensures a vibrancy and friendliness that larger Clubs may lack. This framework also generates discussion and encouragement, an integral part of a climber's life.

Age should not be considered a barrier - our oldest Member is in his early 60's and still seconds at HVS/E1, and our youngest is 11 and can do the same!

Novices should not be put off by what they have just read - we have a good record of turning you into capable and self-reliant climbers!
